By accessing or using AutoTiers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AutoTiers is a fantasy football tool that generates draft tier lists from player projections and your league settings. The tiers, rankings, and scores it produces are informational projections intended to assist your own decisions. They are not guarantees of player performance or draft outcomes.
You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoTiers. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
AutoTiers does not require you to create an account or sign in, and you do not connect a third-party fantasy account to use it. Your settings and preferences are stored locally in your browser rather than on our servers, so retaining them is your responsibility — clearing your browser's site data will remove them.

AutoTiers relies on third-party data providers to compile the player projections and rankings it uses, and on third-party vendors to serve advertising. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service, and changes they make may affect AutoTiers without notice.
AutoTiers displays third-party advertising to help support the Service. Those ads are served by third-party vendors, and your interaction with them is governed by the vendors' own terms and policies rather than these Terms. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the projections it generates will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoTiers and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including decisions made based on the tiers or rankings it produces.
The AutoTiers name, interface, and original content are the property of AutoTiers and its operators. Player names, statistics, and league data belong to their respective owners and are used to provide the Service. You retain ownership of the data and configurations you provide.
You may stop using AutoTiers at any time; because there is no account, you can simply stop visiting the site and clear its locally stored data from your browser. We may restrict or discontinue access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or its users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
